Fulfillment & Processing
We strive for rapid fulfillment to ensure you receive your tallow balm as quickly as possible.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1-4 business day (Monday – Friday).

Cancellation Cut-Off Time: If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within 12 hours, otherwise, it will be too late. After 12 hours, your order will be accepted as final and ready to ship to your doorstep, and cancellation will no longer be possible.
All orders cancellation will be subjected to a cancellation fee of 7% of order amount, or $5.95 USD, whichever is higher.
- Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can monitor its journey via our tracking page or directly via the carrier's website.
Packaging & Delivery Notes
- Product Safety: Due to the nature of our product, all Cloveryn orders are packaged with care. While our balm is resilient, in the unlikely event your product arrives damaged, broken, or spilled, please contact our customer support immediately for a full resolution or refund upon reasonable proof.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We entrust your package to the carrier once it leaves our facility. Cloveryn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier marks the order as delivered. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please first contact your local carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS) for assistance using your provided tracking number
- Delays: We ask for your patience during high-volume periods (such as holidays). While we fulfill orders promptly, delivery times may be affected by carrier volume. Significant delays or custom holds are generally beyond our control.
International Shipping
We proudly offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and duration will vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective countries.
