60-Day Return Policy
We are confident that you will love our balm. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may initiate a return for a refund within 60 calendar days from the date you received your item.
Eligibility & Condition:
- Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 60 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned to our facility in its original condition to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price.
- Any promotional gifts included with the order must also be returned.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@cloveryn.com or use our contact form to request a return authorization.
- Provide Proof: Please include a photo of the item to confirm its condition.
- Receive Address: Once approved, we will provide the correct return shipping address. Do not use the address on the original package. Unapproved returns sent to an incorrect address will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds & Fees
- Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
- Timing: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider's policies.
- Non-Refundable Fees: The refund will only cover the purchase price of the item(s). All original shipping, handling, processing, and customs fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
We pride ourselves on fast fulfillment. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us immediately.
- Cancellation Window: You must contact us to cancel within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Final Acceptance: After 12 hours, your order is considered final, and cancellation is no longer possible as processing begins immediately for shipment.
- Cancellation Fee: All approved order cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of the higher amount between 7% of the total order value or $5.95 USD.
Damaged, Defective, or Lost Items
We take great care in packaging. If your item is damaged or spilled upon arrival:
- Damaged/Defective Items: Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the item with reasonable photo proof. We will happily arrange a replacement immediately.
- Lost in Transit: We are not responsible for errors made by the postal service. If your package has not been received within 3 weeks (or 6 weeks for international orders) of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us so we can investigate the delay with the carrier.
Undeliverable Mail
- Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact you to confirm the correct address and payment for the new shipping/handling costs.
- Refused/Unclaimed: If delivery is refused by the recipient or the package is unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be refunded
