1. 60-day results guarantee

We are confident that the Cloveryn Age Reset Serum will deliver a visible difference in your skin. If you use it daily for 60 days as directed and do not see a visible improvement in your skin's texture, firmness, or radiance, we will refund you in full.

 

To be eligible for a guarantee refund, the following conditions must be met:

 

Consistent daily use — The Cloveryn Age Reset Serum must be used twice daily in the correct order and dosage for a minimum of 60 consecutive days from your delivery date.

 

Before photo — You must submit a clear photo of your face taken within 3 days of receiving your order. This establishes your baseline and must be submitted alongside your refund request. Claims submitted without a valid before photo cannot be accepted.

 

After photo — You must submit a second photo taken at Day 60 in comparable lighting and angle to your before photo.

 

Submission window — Refund requests must be submitted between Day 60 and Day 90 from your delivery date. Requests submitted before or after this window are not eligible.

 

First orders only — The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. Maximum one claim per customer per household.

 

How to claim — Email both photos along with your order number to hello@cloveryn.com. Our team will review your submission and respond within 2–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.

2. order cancellation

We pride ourselves on fast fulfillment and begin processing orders immediately to get your system to you as quickly as possible.

 

Cancellation window — If you need to cancel your order, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing it. Please reach out to us immediately at hello@cloveryn.com with your order number.

 

After 2 hours — Once the 2-hour window has passed, your order is considered final and cancellation is no longer possible as fulfillment will have already begun.

3. damaged, defective, or lost items

We take great care in packaging every order. In the rare event that something goes wrong in transit, here is how we will make it right.

 

Damaged or defective items — If your order arrives damaged, spilled, or defective in any way, please contact our customer support team at hello@cloveryn.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. Include your order number and clear photo proof of the damage. We will arrange a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

 

Lost in transit — We are not responsible for delays or errors made by the postal service once your order has been dispatched. If your package has not been received within 3 weeks of your shipping confirmation (or 6 weeks for international orders), please contact us and we will investigate the delay with the carrier on your behalf.

4. undeliverable packages

Incorrect address — If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact you to confirm the correct address and arrange payment for the new shipping fee before resending your order.

 

Successfully delivered to a wrong address — If an incorrect address was provided at checkout and the package was successfully delivered to that address, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete before submitting an order. We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping details before confirming your purchase.

 

Refused or unclaimed packages — If delivery is refused by the recipient or a package goes unclaimed for any reason, the order will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery or that your shipping address is accessible.
