FAQs

Title

When will I start seeing results?

Most customers notice their skin feeling softer and more hydrated within the first week. Visible fine line reduction typically begins in weeks 2–3

By week 4, most customers see a measurable difference in skin tone, clarity, and brightness — this is usually the point where people around them start noticing before being told.

The deeper collagen work — firmer jawline, improved elasticity, softer deeper lines — develops from weeks 6–8 onward and continues to build beyond that.

The 60-day guarantee is designed to cover you well past this window, giving you enough time to see what your skin is genuinely capable of before deciding.

What's the difference between bakuchiol and retinol — and is it actually as effective?

Retinol and bakuchiol activate the same collagen-renewal and cell-turnover pathways in skin cells. The difference is the mechanism: retinol triggers an inflammatory response as a side effect of its delivery pathway; bakuchiol does not

Independent clinical studies show bakuchiol at 1.0% produces results comparable to retinol at 1.0% — with 3–5 times less irritation. It works. It just doesn't punish your skin in the process.

If retinol previously irritated or burned my skin, can I use this?

Yes. Bakuchiol does not trigger the inflammatory cascade responsible for retinol's side effects. There is no purge period, no adjustment window, and no increase in sun sensitivity.

Clinical testing with a sensitive skin panel — including subjects with eczema, rosacea, and cosmetic intolerance syndrome — showed bakuchiol to be well-tolerated with statistically significant improvement across all anti-aging parameters. Most people with a history of retinol intolerance experience no reaction from the first application.

My skin reacts badly to most actives. Will this be different?

The formula was designed specifically for reactive skin. No retinol, no parabens, no silicones, no sulphates, no hormones, no heavy metals, no allergens. Centella Asiatica provides active barrier-strengthening and anti-inflammatory support throughout.

How long does one bottle last?

Each Cloveryn Age Reset Serum contains 1 fl. oz (30ml) of product. With twice-daily use at 3–4 drops per application, one bottle typically lasts 4 weeks.

1-Month Supply: 1 bottle (4 weeks)

2-Month Supply: 2 bottles (8 weeks)

3-Month Supply: 3 bottles (12 weeks)

For best results, use morning and night.

What concentration of bakuchiol does this formula use?

This formula contains 1% bakuchiol.

A peer-reviewed clinical trial published in the British Journal of Dermatology demonstrates that Bakuchiol significantly decreases wrinkle surface area and hyperpigmentation at concentrations between 0.5% and 1.0%.

Formulating above 1% does not improve anti-aging performance; it simply increases the risk of irritation and barrier disruption. We use exactly 1% to give you the maximum clinically proven efficacy without the risks of an unnecessary overdose.

Will this work on established lines and real loss of firmness?

That is what it was built for. Bakuchiol's mechanism — collagen stimulation and cell renewal — is the same whether you are addressing early signs or established changes.

If you have been using products with "preventative" positioning and found the results insufficient, this formula is operating at a higher level of active concentration.

Can I layer this with vitamin C, AHAs, or other actives?

Yes. Bakuchiol has no documented contraindicated pairings with common skincare actives. You can layer it with vitamin C, niacinamide, AHAs, BHAs, and hyaluronic acid without conflict.

The formula already contains niacinamide and vitamin C. Apply this serum after cleansing, before heavier or more occlusive products.

Is this safe to use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

The formula contains no vitamin A derivatives, no retinol, no retinoids, and no ingredients known to be contraindicated in pregnancy. The confirmed free-from list covers hormones, heavy metals, allergens, parabens, and silicones.

We always recommend consulting a healthcare provider during pregnancy, but this formula was built with a safety-first approach and is free from all pregnancy-contraindicated actives.

How is this different from cheaper bakuchiol serums?

Most budget products use very low concentrations of Bakuchiol as a single active in cheap water or silicone bases.

We use the clinically optimal 1% Bakuchiol and pair it with an advanced, multi-pathway system: Carnosine (firming), a stable duo of Vitamin C and Glutathione (brightening), Niacinamide (barrier repair and tone-evening), and Centella Asiatica (calming). Instead of cheap fillers, these clinical actives are delivered through biocompatible botanical oils (Jojoba, Chamomile and Evening Primrose) that actively repair and nourish your skin barrier at the same time.

You aren't just paying for a single ingredient; you are getting a comprehensive, luxury treatment that smooths, brightens, and firms all at once.
